2009 Integrated Energy Policy Report from California Energy Commission
The 2009 Integrated Energy Policy Report was prepared in response to Senate Bill 1389.
Senate Bill 1389 requires that the California Energy Commission prepare a biennial integrated energy policy report that contains an assessment of major energy trends and issues facing the state. It must also provide policy recommendations to conserve resources; protect the environment; ensure reliable, secure, and diverse energy supplies; enhance the state's economy; and protect public health and safety.
