Mothers for Peace representative, Morgan Rafferty, recently participated in a panel on nuclear power plant security at the NRC's Regulatory Information Conference. The panel included representatives from the US Department of Homeland Security, the Pennsylvania Department of Homeland Security, the NRC and the nuclear industry.
