Mothers for Peace files Petition for Review
The San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace ask that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review two decisions of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB).
These decisions denied the full hearing of the contentions of the Mothers for Peace and joint intervenors in PG&E's application to build a dry cask storage system on our vulnerable, earthquake prone coastline. Read the full text of the Petition for Review here .
