  • Say NO to “loan” PG&E up to $1.4 billion to cover costs of extending Diablo Canyon’s operating life.
  • Say NO to paying PG&E $7 per every megawatt-hour of power generated — adding up to an annual subsidy of over $120 million/year.
  • Say NO to paying PG&E a $100 million yearly fixed management fee.
  • Say NO to shortcuts and sweeping exemptions from environmental review from State permitting agencies.
