As the new year approaches, we reflect on our work to STOP the extended operation of Diablo Canyon. This past year, Mothers for Peace has participated in a multitude of proceedings involving the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the California Public Utilities Commission, the Diablo Canyon Independent Safety Committee, the Regional Water Quality Control Board, the California Coastal Commission, the Diablo Canyon Decommissioning Engagement Panel, and more. We have had meetings with numerous legislators.
And the work continues.
